Founded by the dynamic duo, Kush and Ana Ratwani, our mission is to provide first-time travelers to Nashville with the resources needed to create a memorable and unforgettable trip.

Our Story:

Deciding to relocate to Nashville in 2020 for Kush’s fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine turned out to be the most rewarding choice we ever made. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, our affection for Nashville deepened as we witnessed the city coming together to bolster small businesses and restaurants during the shutdown. 

As soon as things started reopening, we delved into everything that made the Music City unique. Broadway came alive with honky-tonks filled with tunes from legendary artists like Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, and the newer sensations like Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, and Hardy.

We got to savor top-notch dining at places like Bourbon Steak and Locust, as well as indulge in local favorites such as Pelican & Pig, Butertown Hall, and Kisser. And let’s not forget stumbling upon one of the tastiest burgers in town (hint: it’s at a dive bar called Dinos) and soaking in the heartfelt tunes of local artists at The Bluebird Cafe.

The Problem:

When we first visited before the move, our trip was a total bust. Our vacation rental had no running water and mold! To top it off, a popular travel website (we won’t spill the beans on which one) suggested a pizza joint that turned out to have some unwelcome rodent visitors (we’ll keep the name hush-hush, too) and gave us an unwelcoming case of food poisoning. It was a major letdown, and we couldn’t help but wish we had a local guide to steer us towards better experiences.

The Solution:

After being part of this amazing city for 4+  years, we’ve got the lowdown on all the awesome places to check out and the ones you might want to skip. On top of that, our love for creating cozy spaces led us to whip up some fantastic vacation rentals with unique vibes and the comforts of home so that you can have a better experience than we did (PS: We even went a step further to make it a luxury experience).
