Great question! We are 10 minutes away from broadway and downtown Nashville depending on the traffic. We have patterned great ride share companies that are usually cheaper than Lyft or Uber, and more reliable. Just let us know if you would be interested!
Can we get event planning services or baked goods?
Of course! We partner with great event planners who can help you plan the ultimate bachelorette party, family gathering, birthday, anniversary, and much more. We also partner with an amazing baker who can create delicious baked goods like custom cupcakes and cookies for your group.
Do you have parking?
Yes we do! This property has a one car garage that can fit one small to medium sized cars. We have street parking behind the property that is first come and first serve. We recommend carpooling when possible and ride share.
Do you have early check-in and late check-out?
What separates us from the hotels and other rentals is that we offer check-in at 1 p.m. free of charge. If you would like late check-out, please inquire, and we will do our best.
How many people can sleep comfortably?
We believe 10 guests can sleep comfortably. The bottom bedroom has a queen bed, the middle level has a queen bed, the living room has sleeper sofa, the upstairs masters has a king bed and the other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. We can provide an air mattress upon request. Did we mention the beds are super comfortable?
How does the security hold work?
Our security hold works just like it does at a gas station. The gas station will place a hold on your card of several hundred dollars before starting to pump the gas. Then, when you are finished, they will charge the correct amount and release the rest. Only the actual charge shows up on your credit card bill. Our security hold works in the same way. This is not actually a deposit but just a temporary hold that gets reserved two days before arrival and released within five days.
